Operator and scope

ARC EDF & BDF Viewer is published by GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. This policy covers the app and distinguishes its local file handling from website visits or support emails.

Recordings stay local

The app reads the recordings you choose on your device. It does not upload them to us. It has no app accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics or integrated crash-reporting service, and no network features. We cannot see your recording contents.

Recent files and exports

The app keeps a local list of recently opened files so they can be reopened. Files you export are written where you choose to save them. A cloud-backed Files location or system backup is governed by the provider you choose; it is not an upload to us.

Apple and purchases

App Store distribution and any purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s store and device-service policies apply separately.

Retention and deletion

Removing the app removes its local recent-file list. Original recordings and separately saved exports remain where you stored them. We hold no copy of your recordings to return or delete. Do not send identifiable recordings when seeking support; use the built-in demo or a sanitized reproduction.

Support correspondence

If you email us, GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Send only what is needed, with private content removed. We retain correspondence while the request and any necessary follow-up or recordkeeping remain relevant. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention required for an unresolved matter or legal obligation may still apply.

Policy updates

When app data handling changes, we update this policy and its last-updated date. Changes that require user notice will also be communicated through an appropriate app or release notice.
