EDF and EDF+ use 16-bit signal samples; BDF uses 24-bit samples. Calibration is read from the recording header. For a file that will not open, send the error and format details without sending patient or research-participant data.

Make a dense signal easier to read

Shorten the visible time window by zooming in. Adjust channel gain or switch away from automatic scaling when comparing signal stretches.

Report a problem

Email the app version, OS version, device model and reproduction steps. If possible, reproduce the issue with the synthetic demo or a sanitized file description.

Support correspondence

If you email us, GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Send only what is needed, with private content removed. We retain correspondence while the request and any necessary follow-up or recordkeeping remain relevant. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention required for an unresolved matter or legal obligation may still apply.
