Operator and local processing

ARC Scanner is published by GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. Camera scans, selected photos and recognized text are processed on your device. The app does not send your documents to a company server and does not require an account.

Camera and photos

The camera is used to scan documents when you choose to scan. The system photo picker gives the app access to the photos you select, rather than your whole photo library. You can change camera access in system Settings.

相机仅用于您主动进行的文档扫描。系统照片选择器仅提供您选中的照片，不开放整个照片库。相机权限可在系统设置中管理。

Text recognition and temporary files

Text recognition uses Apple’s built-in on-device frameworks. While a scan is in progress, pages and working files are kept in the app’s private local storage. Returning to the start screen may retain the current scan; discard it explicitly when you want to clear it. A new successful acquisition replaces the previous scan.

文字识别使用 Apple 内置的端侧框架。处理中的页面和工作文件保存在应用的本地私有存储中。返回首页可能保留当前扫描；如需清除，请明确丢弃。新采集成功后会替换先前扫描。

Exports and sharing

Exports are created locally. You choose whether to save them to Files or send them through the system share sheet. A cloud-backed save location or receiving service can transfer the exported document under its own terms. The app does not automatically upload scans to us.

导出文件在本机生成。您决定是否保存到“文件”或通过系统分享面板发送。云端保存位置或接收服务可能按其条款传输文件；应用不会自动将扫描件上传给我们。

Tracking and purchases

The app includes no advertising or tracking tools, telemetry analytics or integrated crash-reporting service. Distribution and the one-time purchase are handled by Apple; we do not receive payment-card details. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

应用不包含广告、追踪工具、遥测分析或集成的崩溃上报服务。分发与一次性购买由 Apple 处理，我们不会收到支付卡信息；无内购或订阅。

Deletion and support

Discard the current scan to clear its working session. Removing the app removes app-local data. Exported documents, backups and copies saved with another provider remain under your control. We hold no copy of your scans to delete. If you email support, send a sanitized example and avoid documents containing private information.

丢弃当前扫描可清除工作会话。删除应用会移除本地应用数据；已导出的文件、备份和存入其他服务的副本由您自行管理。我们没有扫描件副本可供删除。联系支持时请使用脱敏示例，避免发送包含私人信息的文档。

Support correspondence

If you email us, GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Send only what is needed, with private content removed. We retain correspondence while the request and any necessary follow-up or recordkeeping remain relevant. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention required for an unresolved matter or legal obligation may still apply.

Policy updates

When app data handling changes, we update this policy and its last-updated date. Changes that require user notice will also be communicated through an appropriate app or release notice.
