Availability

ARC Scanner is coming soon for iPhone and iPad. Support and policy pages are available ahead of its App Store release.

Camera not available

Scanning needs a device with a camera and camera permission. Check Settings → ARC Scanner → Camera. You can also import selected photos.

Searchable PDF and text

A searchable PDF looks like the scan and adds text you can select, copy and search. Plain text and JSON are separate output formats. Recognition works best on flat, well-lit printed pages. Review recognized text before relying on it.

Manage a scan

Use the delete action to remove a page and Undo to restore it immediately. Explicitly discard the current scan when you want to clear the working session.

Support correspondence

If you email us, GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Send only what is needed, with private content removed. We retain correspondence while the request and any necessary follow-up or recordkeeping remain relevant. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention required for an unresolved matter or legal obligation may still apply.
