Who operates the app

Wishes by Hand (亲笔小卡) is published by GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. This policy covers the app; website visits and support correspondence are described separately below.

Handwriting and local processing

The app processes touch coordinates, stroke timing and, where supported, Apple Pencil pressure and tilt to render handwriting. Card creation and geometric stroke scoring run on your device. The app does not send your handwriting, cards or scores to a server operated by us.

笔迹渲染会在本机处理触控坐标、笔画时间及支持设备上的 Apple Pencil 压感和倾斜信息。卡片制作与几何规则评分在设备上完成，不会将笔迹、卡片或评分发送到我们运营的服务器。

Saved work and optional iCloud

Settings, progress and saved work are stored locally. When iCloud is enabled, supported saved work and progress can sync through your private Apple iCloud account. We do not operate that service or have access to your private iCloud storage. Apple’s terms apply. Device backups and files you save to cloud locations are also controlled by your Apple and file-provider settings.

Optional Game Center

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, practice scores can be submitted under your Game Center identity through Apple’s frameworks. Apple processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. You can decline sign-in or sign out; handwriting and card creation do not require Game Center.

登录 Apple Game Center 后，练习分数可通过 Apple 系统框架以您的 Game Center 身份提交。Apple 按其条款和隐私政策处理这些信息。您可拒绝登录或退出；手写与卡片制作无需 Game Center。

Sharing, accounts and tracking

You choose when and where to share exported cards through Apple’s share sheet. The destination app or service handles the shared file under its own policy. No company account is required. The app contains no advertising SDKs or telemetry analytics tools.

您通过系统分享面板决定何时、向何处分享导出的卡片。接收应用或服务按自己的政策处理文件。无需注册公司账户；应用不包含广告 SDK 或遥测分析工具。

Retention and deletion

You control saved work through the app and your device. Local app data is removed when the app is deleted; separately saved exports, backups, iCloud copies and Game Center records may remain. Manage those copies through the relevant Apple service or destination. We cannot delete content in your private Apple account.

您可通过应用和设备管理保存的作品。删除应用会移除本地应用数据；另存的导出文件、备份、iCloud 副本及 Game Center 记录可能仍保留，请通过对应 Apple 服务或接收位置管理。我们无法删除您私人 Apple 账户中的内容。

Support correspondence

If you email us, GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Send only what is needed, with private content removed. We retain correspondence while the request and any necessary follow-up or recordkeeping remain relevant. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention required for an unresolved matter or legal obligation may still apply.

Policy updates

When app data handling changes, we update this policy and its last-updated date. Changes that require user notice will also be communicated through an appropriate app or release notice.
