Get help
Email the app version, device model, OS version and steps that reproduce the issue. A screenshot with private content removed can help. Do not send personal handwritten messages unless necessary to explain the problem.
Where is my saved work?
Check that you are using the same Apple account and that iCloud is enabled if you expect synchronization. We cannot access your private iCloud files.
Do I need Game Center?
No. Game Center is an optional Apple service for practice scores. Writing and making cards work without signing in.

Support correspondence
If you email us, GOLDEN ARC DIGITAL INC. receives your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Send only what is needed, with private content removed. We retain correspondence while the request and any necessary follow-up or recordkeeping remain relevant. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; retention required for an unresolved matter or legal obligation may still apply.
